Customer requests and service records

We save the contact details, property addresses, service preferences, instructions, and quote requests you provide. Service records include cut dates, upcoming visits, routes, and completion. The boss can manage these records; assigned crew members can see the information needed for their jobs.

Employee information

ChatGPT sign-in identifies your account by an identifier and email. The boss manages crew access. Employee concerns, time off requests, submitted hours, and responses are visible to the submitting employee and the boss. Announcements are shared with active crew members.

Services used by the site

OpenAI Sites and its hosting infrastructure store and serve the site’s records. Address verification sends property addresses to the US Census geocoder. Route optimization sends coordinates to the configured road routing service. Opening navigation sends the chosen destination to Google Maps. These services have their own privacy practices.

Payroll and devices

No bank account numbers are collected here. If payroll is connected later, the employee portal opens the payroll provider’s website. The phone version stores only a general offline screen and an app icon for offline use; it does not keep customer or employee records in its offline cache.

Questions, corrections, or deletion requests

Email cscutz96@gmail.com with the account email or customer details needed to identify your records and describe your request. The boss reviews requests to correct or remove C’s Cutz records and access. Do not send banking passwords or sensitive identification documents by email. Removing C’s Cutz records does not delete your ChatGPT account.
